Accidental Instagram Detox 😆 How Social Media Makes Weight Loss Harder and What to Expect From Me on IG Moving Forward!
Listen on:
Apple | Spotify
I did an accidental Instagram detox this summer and realized A LOT! While this may not sound like the normal episode you get here, I promise that it will serve you, it will make you THINK, and my hope is it has you evaluating what you put your time into!
Read on to see what I learned from this accidental social media detox, why I believe it can make weight loss HARDER for moms, and what to expect from me on the app moving forward!
I used to do a lot of posting on Instagram. That's the name of the game as a business owner on social media. Over the course of 2021, I really capitalized on Reels and was rocking them, posting at least 1 each day. It was a LOT of content creation.
As the podcast took off, I kept up with all the posting and felt fine continuing on, but you know how you don't know how good something can be until you actually experience it? That is what happened when I stopped posting on my feed for a few months… on accident!
Once I could wrap my mind around ALL I was learning and growing in over the summer…
I shared those thoughts —
“I never thought I had an issue with social media.
For years, I could open up this app, create, post, and get off. CONSUMPTION has (thankfully) never been an issue for me here. I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've mindlessly scrolled reels in the past year.
But I've come to learn my issue wasn't consumption. It was being consumed with CREATION.
Now years of consistently creating on this app have brought fruit and, dare I say, impact. The simple fact that over 14K mamas at one point WILLINGLY chose to click follow blows my mind. I am literally the most normal mom and can't wrap my mind around that number or, honestly, why.
But needing to show up so insanely often to "edutain" (as the IG experts call it) on weight loss and consistency in the midst of motherhood got exhausting.
So I (no joke) accidentally stopped the hamster wheel of daily (or multiple times a day) creation. And I learned A LOT.
The biggest lessons —
>>In life in general, I can slow down and so can the pace at which I work.
>>Podcasting has such a longer, wider, and deeper ability to impact and because I want to see YOU make actual change (and not get stuck HERE consuming), it's the obvious route I won't stop a-RUNNIN' down anytime soon.
>>I would much rather use this space to let you get to know and connect with me as a woman, mom, wife, and podcast host than use it to try to help you change.
All in all though, I think that 14K+ came not because of the "edutainment." I think it was the relatability — of my story, how I fail and get back up, how I'm "normal".
So that's what I'm focusing on from here on out. Being me. Not an expert on IG known for WHATEVER. Just me, Liz.
And golly I feel so much more relatable talking behind a mic in my comfies for 20ish min 2x a week sharing what's helped me become consistent, resilient, and disciplined in my health so YOU can do the same.
If you want to actually change things in your journey, search for and follow The Tough Love Mom Podcast on any podcast platform. Because I WANT you to change.
But I don't want it happening by spending time consuming random, trending 15-30 sec video clips on an app that is constantly pulling you away from being present with the people that matter most.
That presence with your family MATTERS. And you don't even realize it's being stolen away until you can TRULY step away from it.
Just what I've been processing since late April. All written from the most humbled, (now) clear-eyed perspective. So…get after it (for real, mama). XO, Liz”
Why social media can make weight loss harder:
You’re only getting short spurts of information — there is a character limit, videos are short
You can't get actual steps and information that is going to not only hit home, but be applicable
The app is meant for consumption — you get a dopamine hit as you see something new with each scroll and that becomes addicting, you want more (literally equivalent to the effect of a slot machine in Vegas)
This wastes your time and keeps your brain hopping from one thing to the next so you can't actually let what you're learning sink in
There can be conflicting information and so much coming into your brain at once can cause information overload
So much consumption is happening at once that your brain doesn’t know what to do with it all so you just don't do anything
Now I'm not saying to only listen to me or to just pick ONE person to seek information from, but choose who you want to influence your journey (as in have a say in, encourage you in, teach you) and stick to those. Be an informed consumer.
What to expect from me moving forward:
I’ll be using the app for you to get to know me. I still love showing up in stories (that’s the most personal part of the app anyways!) so expect that 5-6 days a week. I’ll definitely be taking at least 1 full day off a week as my soul needs it!
I’m also actually resting completely now at least one day a week, as in not opening my laptop or anything podcast related — something I'm embarrassed to say I never did until this year. CRINGE.
The podcast is where you will find the content that dives DEEP and can actually create change in your life! Episodes go up 2-3 times a week!
My favorite part about it is that the content I put up on the podcast goes everywhere — Pinterest, here on the blog, in our Tough Love Mom Squad on Facebook, and the Podcast Episode Catalog where every episode is organized by topic and relating blog posts, resources, and listen links are there! Simply join the group to get access to that!

[00:00:00] This summer, I did an accidental Instagram, social media detox, and I realized and learned. So much from it. And while this may not sound like the normal episode that you get here, I promise it will serve you and it will make you think. And my hope is that it has you evaluating what you put your time into as a mom, as a wife and whatever roles that you play.
So I just want to give you a little summary, a little takeaways from what I experienced this summer. Really getting off of social media a lot and hope it encourages you. Let's get into it.
Hey mama. Welcome to the tough love mom podcast. I know you're here because you're ready to get consistent and finally lose that weight. And you're not afraid of a little tough love, you know, what to do to lose weight. Following through on those things feels impossible. You wish you could just feel like your strong, confident self again, and want to be a [00:01:00] good example for your little ones, but you get thrown off by mom guilt and the unpredictability of motherhood.
It's frustrating taking on your journey. Postpartum is hard, but it's not impossible. Hey, I'm Liz and I've been where you are. I gained a lot of weight in my pregnancies, 90 pounds, and then 60 pounds. I needed to lose that weight, to take control of my health. And honestly just wanted to feel like myself again, with the sustainable approach to weight loss, simple consistency in working on my mindset.
I lost it all in just over a year, both times. And I'm here to help you do the same. I believe that we have an ingrained ability to figure out what we need to do, make it happen and do it in a way that AWS the world. If you're ready to stop falling off the wagon, create solid routine and healthy habits and finally feel your best inside and out all while enjoying D nuggets on your salad, you are in the right place.
We're about to transform your journey. My friend get pumped up it. It's tough love time.[00:02:00]
All right. Let's talk about this accidental Instagram detox that I did this summer. What I learned, why I think it can make weight loss harder for moms. If you're on social media too much. And what to expect from me moving forward on social media in general. So I used to do a lot of posting, um, like this is pre-summer so basical.
Spring and all the years prior, I did a lot of posting that's that's the game, at least as a business owner on social media, I'm kinda giving you a little behind the scenes of like how I approached things in the past and how I'm approaching things moving forward. I don't know if that interests you at all, but again, this will serve you today.
Being a little behind the scenes of how I've approached business in the past and what I'm doing now. Not only. To better serve you guys, but to also better honor my family and, uh, these years with my kids as they're young. So again, I hope it hope it encourages you, but I used to, I mean, all of you have probably seen at some point or another, if you do follow me on social media that I use.
To post a [00:03:00] lot. Um, I capitalized on reels. When those came out big time, I was rocking them doing like one or sometimes two a day. It was a lot of content creation. But in my head at the time it was fun. It was creating the fruit that they say, when you're consistent and doing the right kind of content in the right way, you know, it will create more followers and.
Ultimately more impact, which is what I'm out for is to create more impact on you. And then December is when I started the podcast. So I kept it up as the podcast started and I felt fine continuing on continuing to post consistently creating content for the podcast. But you know how you don't know. Like what a good thing is.
You don't know how good something can be until you actually experience it. , that's what happened when I stopped posting on my feed for basically all summer. So , I'm gonna read real quick. What I did share on Instagram a few weeks ago, once I could wrap my mind around all that I was learning and growing in over the summer, because I think I summed it up really well via written word.
So I'm gonna read that real [00:04:00] quick and then I will share with you why I think social media in general can make weight loss harder for you and what you can expect from me moving forward. So this is what I said. I never thought I had an issue with social media. For years, I could open up this app, create post and get off consumption.
Has thankfully never been an issue for me here. I can probably count on one hand. The number of times I've mindlessly scrolled reels in the past year alone, but I've come to learn that my issue wasn't consumption. It was being consumed with creation. Now, years of consistently creating on this app have brought fruit.
And there I say impact the simple fact that over 14,000 moms at one point willingly chose to click fol follow blows. My mind it, I mean, this is me like getting off script here. Totally blows my mind. Like, I feel like the most next door, normal mom, we would have a million things in common type of person.
so that still blows my mind. I'm literally, oh, here we go. The most normal mom and can't remember find [00:05:00] around that number or honestly why, but needing to show up. So insanely often to entertain that's what, like the Instagram ex experts call it. It's the combination of educate and entertain SOTA on weight loss and consistency in the midst of motherhood got exhausting.
All of that content creation. So I know joke accidentally stopped the hamster wheel of daily or multiple times a day creation. And I learned a lot, the biggest lessons that I learned first one in life in general, I can slow down. And so can the pace at which I work. I'll go into that in a minute. The second lesson podcasting has such a longer, wider and deeper ability to impact.
And because I wanna see you make actual change and not get stuck on Instagram consuming. It's the obvious route that I'm not gonna stop running down anytime soon. And the third lesson, I would much rather use this space to let you get to know me and connect with [00:06:00] me as a woman, a wife, a mom, and a podcast host than use it to try to.
Help you change because again, side note here, sidebar, uh, it's just, and I'll go into this. It's just too quick of a consumption app to actually make lasting change on people. And it just, I've always been out to just make an impact. Like there's so much. Ooh, I'm gonna go on my soapbox, get off, get off, get up.
There's so much more impact you can have through. Consuming longer form content like this on this podcast. So, you know, shout out to you because you're here and doing this and doing the work, but it just felt wrong. Like it felt misaligned for what I feel called to do. So sidebar done all in all. I think that 14,000 moms came not because of the entertainment.
I think it was the relatability of my story, how I fail and get back up how I'm normal. So that's what I'm focusing on here on out being me, not an expert on Instagram, just known for whatever, [00:07:00] just me, Liz. And golly, I feel so much more relatable talking behind a mic in my comfy for 20 minutes, two times a week sharing what's helped me be consistent, resilient, and disciplined in my health.
So you can do the same, like for real, right. I feel like we're sitting here chatting, just like having coffee with our kids, screaming and playing crazies in the background. That's how I feel. . So if you want to actually change things in your journey, Yana and up, blah, blah, blah, come listen to the podcast, which you are.
So pat yourself on the back, um, because I want you to change. I really do. But I don't want it happening by spending time consuming random trending 15 to 32nd video clips on an app that is constantly pulling you away from being present with the people that matter most. Let me read that again. I don't want you changing because you're spending time consuming random trending 15 to 32nd video clips on an app that is constantly pulling you away from being present with the people that matter most.
Let that [00:08:00] sink in reflect for a second. I don't want that for you. I experienced the freedom from that this summer, and I don't want you to be consumed by that anymore. Really? It's not even helping you change anyways. Okay. That presence with your family matters and you don't even realize it's being stolen away until you can truly step away from it.
Just what I've been processing since late April, all written from the most humbled now clear eyed perspective. So get after it for real mama and I just signed off. So, uh, that's what I posted. I hope that kinda like summed it up for you. There was a lot of lessons that I learned, again, the biggest ones being I can slow down.
I was working seven days a week. I did not take days. I mean, maybe like a couple a year. I was working on vacation when we'd go. I mean, I mean, every summer we'd go up to the Adirondacks with my husband's family and there's no service up there and I somehow would force my way to find a way to work. Well, guess what?
This summer I took a whole week off and [00:09:00] guess what? My business didn't really slow down. Podcasts kept coming out, had a couple clients get their starting point sessions booked. I mean, come on. I did not post on social media, barely at all that week. If anything, I posted on my stories over the summer, but I really learned, wow.
I can slow down. I can actually take a day off. I can actually take a weekend off. If I have family in town, I can actually take a full week off and take a vacation. I literally didn't do that for five. And it was destroying me. I now can step back and see that very clearly. I could not see that before.
Cause I was just in the weeds and it's probably the best lesson I learned because it really was. I'm like getting emotional kind of right now, cuz it's like deep down, but you know, I can feel it welling up. I did not realize how much it was pulling me away from my kids. And like Royce is almost four that's his whole life so far that I've done that.
So man. I needed that lesson really big time. And, um, I just hope like what I've, even if you're not a [00:10:00] business owner, you don't use social media for any purpose, except for sharing cute pictures of your kids. Like, I just hope it helps you either get a perspective. If you do have a business and use social media for that purpose, I hope it gives you that moment to kind of reflect on how you're using it and how it's impacting.
and if you just use it simply in your now, if you're doing content creation that you can kind of reflect on how is that impacting you and your relationships and your ability to manage your time. Um, and again, if you're. You know, using it to connect and consume. I want you to reflect on how much are you consuming?
How much is it? How much are you putting your trust in that app to help you change? It's not there to help you change. I'm just gonna tell you that it's there to help you keep Blogg back on. So that leads me to my next point. Why. Can being on this app too much, make weight loss harder. And this is like, this is for you listening.
I want you to be thinking about and reflecting on, okay. How is my time on this app being used? And what am I trying to put my trust in? What am I trying to get [00:11:00] out of this time? Because I personally believe. And, and I probably fit into this issue for yeah. A while while my, my Instagram was growing. But I do think now being on the other side of all this, um, that it can make it harder for you as a mom on your journey, trying to get something out of Instagram to make changes in your life.
So, first thing is, and not that it's all bad, there are definitely, there's definitely good resources and content education on there, but again, it's just how much, how much trust are you putting into an. and the information on it to make changes in your journey. So, first thing, the info, the length of the info there, you're getting in short spurts.
I said shorts in my outline here, I said short spurts of information. There's a character limit. And the captions, the videos are limited to a certain length. So you can't. In my opinion, having done a podcast now and really being able to dive deep with you guys and actually hearing from moms. Oh my gosh, I'm implementing this strategy you shared in the podcast [00:12:00] episode and it's, I'm actually doing it.
That wasn't happening on Instagram was just, oh, I like your story. Oh, I really relate to this. Thanks so much. The stuff that was like here do X, Y, Z. This will help you change that stuff. Doesn't get engagement on Instagram guys. It does not. It doesn't do well, but I knew that's what people needed. You can't get actual steps on social media and info.
That's not only gonna hit home, but be applicable, be something you can say, okay, I can take that away and do it, cuz it doesn't even get that much reach on the app, which is crazy. So again, that makes it harder cuz you're just not getting the full picture and it can be, you know, people, uh, the way it works on the business side is like put out information, you know, that it's, that might be part of your paid offer, but then put it in different orders.
So, you know, people could probably figure it out by themselves. You know, without having to ever put a penny into your business, but you know, it's all out order to take time for them to figure it out on their own. Okay. That's great. Like, yeah, I can help them change, but like, what's the point of that? What is the point?
Uh, another reason I'll get off my soapbox on that. [00:13:00] Ma'am keep me short today. Guys keep me accountable. I'm gonna keep it under 20 promise. This app is meant for con consumption, like period. They they've even said that they want you back on the app. There's a dopamine hit that happens in your brain. Each time you scroll, as you see something new newness allows more dopamine to be released.
So you're literally getting in. Our bodies were not wired. We're not designed for all of this technology. So it's almost an artificial hit of dopamine that want keeps you wanting more. so it becomes a time waste because then you just keep scrolling and it keeps your brain hopping from one thing to the next cuz when you scroll, it's not like you're scrolling through related content, that's in a specific order.
And like you're actually learning from it. It is random. It is. It's this girl talking about her baby was born and then there's a little, there's an ad and then another ad. Right? There's so many ads, but it's happened from one thing to the next, your brain's going all over the place and you can't actually let what you're learning sink.
Because it's [00:14:00] such short spurt of information and it's meant for consumption. It's meant to keep your brain firing and trying to put pieces together. It's it just, it's almost like taking all this energy out of you that isn't needed to be taken out. Like put that towards something else. the last reason I think it can make weight loss.
And just your journey in general, harder is there's conflicting information and information overload, right? Different accounts will say different things. And again, so much consumption at once your brain doesn't know what to do with it all. So you just don't do anything. You know, when your todo list is like a hundred miles long, one day I'm speaking from experience right now, Premo
But when you're todo list is so long, sometimes you just look at it and you're like, yeah, I'm not gonna do anything today. Right. That's what your brain does when you're, if you're, if you randomly scroll for like 30 minutes, you're gonna be unmotivated to do anything for probably like 30 minutes to 60 minutes afterwards, because your brain's like, whoa, I just took in a lot.[00:15:00]
That doesn't help you on your journey. Does it? That doesn't help you say, okay, I'm motivated to go work out now. No, your brain wants you to creep, keep scrolling. That's how they created this. Okay. And with the conflicting information. , I'm not saying to only listen to me, don't do that actually, or only to one person, but choose who you want to have influencing your journey in different ways.
Like if there's someone you really trust in the nutrition realm, if there's someone you really trust in the mindset realm in the habits, in the workout realm, or maybe there's multiple people, I, there should, in my opinion, be multiple people in each category that you pull from, man, follow those people.
And. Like let them influence your journey. Don't keep searching for newness. And I don't say influence as like an influencer, but influence, meaning, have a say in encourage you and teach you and educate you in and stick to those. And when something doesn't quite to seem be working for yourself, self reflect, right?
Notice what's going on in your life, make adjustments as need be, you know, you. Okay. [00:16:00] So those are my thoughts on why this app can just make it harder. And I don't wanna feed into that for you. I don't wanna be on there making reel every single day, just making it that much harder. Like I, it doesn't feel right anymore.
Anymore this point forward. So what can you expect from me moving forward? Like I said, I'm on there for you to get to know me. So will I be posting to my feet every day? Nope. will I be making reels all the time? Nope. It'll be more of like a, this is my life. Get to know me. Um, my stories six times a week. I am gonna take a day off.
I do take a day off of working now, which is like the best thing I've ever done for myself in my family. but, um, actually resting now one day a. Literally, I'm embarrassed to say that I literally didn't do that till this year. Just said literally so many times, because that actually is true. Um, obviously content on here on the podcast that dives deep and actually can help you change will come out two to three times a week.
It also gets repurposed, which is, so this is why I love podcasting. I repurpose it to Pinterest. [00:17:00] So, you know, moms that are over on Pinterest searching for different things. They can come across it. And it links to my blog, which links to the podcast on all the different platforms. Uh, you can hit up if you, if you like audio, but you want more visual, uh, links and everything.
My blog is on the tough love mom.com. Every episode goes up onto the blog. We have our tough love of mom squad on Facebook, which is almost at 500 members. Woo woo. And the podcast episode catalog is in there, which is literally. Um, a resource with every single episode we wrote at 108 now. So it's got every episode you can search by topic.
You can search by keywords. Um, it's organized, it's got the related blog posts, any resources, listen, links are there. You have to be in the tough of mom squad on Facebook to get access to that, but so go join. Um, but it's just so cool. How, like an Instagram post has like a, well now it has a little bit longer of a cycle cuz of.
But man, they, they like come and go in like a week. this stuff is around forever, like 15 years down the road. If [00:18:00] I'm not doing this anymore, which I do plan to be doing it, but let's say 30, 30, maybe 30 years down the road when I'm 60, I won't be talking to postpartum moms anymore, but maybe I'll still be podcasting.
My old granny friends. but oh man, y'all sorry. I'm in a mood today. I'm just happy. Cuz it feels so good to talk about this and get it out. But um, when we're at that point 30 years from now, say I'm not talking about all this stuff, but there's a mom who just had a baby and she's looking for someone who's gonna give, give a little bit of tough love.
She wants to get consistent again. And she's trying to wake up for kids. She might come across one of my podcast episode. Like come on. That would not happen on social media. It does not work that way. So man, I'm just like honored to get, to be doing this. The fact that God called me to it. I don't know if I've told this story, but, um, I was cleaning out one of our closets a year and a half ago, year about a year ago, actually.
Cuz. The idea for the podcast and being spurd onto, it happened 11 months ago this week. So, um, it [00:19:00] was about a year ago. I was going through one of our closets and I found a sticky note that just said it was from one of my vision boards that I had done a few years ago. And probably from like 2016 or 2017.
And the sticky note in Sharpie just had one word on it, podcast. What, and then I was going through and cleaning out the notes in my phone and I had a. From in one of my folders, y'all have a lot of notes in my phone. It's pretty messy up in there. But I had this note in my phone, it was from 2018. So three years before this podcast dropped into my head, this the idea for doing this and it said starting a podcast.
And that's almost like until this point last year, God like made me. That that was on my heart because it just wouldn't have been the right time. But man, this past 11 months, since I've really dove into getting the ball rolling on the podcast, doing it the right way and then launching it and getting it out there in December, not even nine [00:20:00] months ago, what, even that's insane.
And we're like at 50,000 downloads, can we just what a hundred episodes in it's amazing. I'm so proud of you guys, the listeners for being on this journey and. Applying what you learned to your life. So you can actually make change. Like I'm so proud of you for that. And, um, just the fact that the timing was the way it was supposed to be.
So again, I just wanted to share how this has been like a process for me clearly. Uh, even since starting the podcast, there was a lot of letting go of, I, I told. my podcast coach. I told her, I was like, Hey, um, I will absolutely commit to like this process of doing the podcast right way, but I'm gonna keep posting on social media cuz it's working and I can totally just add it in.
Well, LOL at me. You know, a few months after saying that of me going, no, you, I don't need this app. I don't need this platform. I don't need this, you know, 14,000. That's great. But I just want you to get to know me as a mom and help you realize. Yeah, I, I do hard things. Yes. I'm very disciplined and very consistent.
And [00:21:00] there's a lot of times I do stuff when I really don't feel like it, but I just want you to realize. I'm just like you, and I think showing up on Instagram in the form of an expert. Yeah. That's all good and well, and it it's great to be able to grow. And I do believe having built the platform that I did helped this podcast get off the ground, hit number seven in the United States in fitness, like overall number seven, what the week it launch mind blown and on a weekly basis.
we are in the top 200 of health and fitness podcasts in the us weekly. We haven't dropped out of the, it's usually around the top one 50 blows. My mind absolutely blows my mind. And I do believe there was a, a reason that my platform was able to be built on social media the way it was, but moving forward, cuz we're always changing and evolving.
I don't feel right. It doesn't feel right showing up there and pulling you away again, like I said, from the people that matter most. because that's what that app does. It's what, what it was doing to me, because I was consumed by creation. [00:22:00] Maybe you're consumed by creation. Maybe you're consumed by consumption, whatever it is.
I want you to think about that and reflect on it, how it's affecting you, your mindset, your journey. Your relationships and moving forward, I just challenge you to follow through on breaking up with it, whatever phrasing detoxing from it. I think those words are so tacky, but that's really what it really, what happened to me this summer.
And I just challenge you to follow through on some sort of change, some sort of action from this. Um, let me know what you plan on doing, because I would love to be updated on that. I would love to know how this episode spoke to you, cuz again, like I said, it's way out of the blue kind of from left field, not the norm.
But I do think it impacts your journey and I'm here to help you change. Like you said, like you heard so, uh, best way to let me know. Not on Instagram. I honestly am not great at my DMS there. And now I'm publicly saying it finally, which took me forever, but maybe that's part of why I was always bad at my DMS because I just.
It doesn't feel right to be on that app all the time. So the text [00:23:00] list be on my free text list so we can chat. That's the best way to stay connected. That's the best way for you to let me know how this impacted you do today, because I really would, or just leave a review if you haven't done that yet, be like, oh, she talked about Instagram today and it just hit home.
If you haven't done that, go let me know in a review. But if you have, or if you just wanna be able to text, text, tough love, two words, tough love to 2 0 5, 8 0 9 7300. And we can chat there. Let me know how this, this specific episode impacted you. What it's been getting your gears turning about. And like I said, I do love stories, so I'll still show up there.
I'm still gonna be posting about my morning walks and our consistency challenges, but the girls in the Tel flow of mom squad and on the text list, get to know about those first. So go connect with me there. Go join the Facebook group. Um, I'll be in my stories about six days a week, but. Be on there. If you're on the platform and you still wanna follow, you still wanna, you know, be encouraged by me there.
Okay. Follow along. Great. Like I encourage you to do that, but please stop being consumed by it. [00:24:00] It's not the place to make change. It's not the place for you to really be impacted and motivated. It's places like this. It's blogs. You know, it's talking to someone, human to human and getting that accountability from your spouse or your kids or your friends.
So going into those, going into the real people, going into the good long form, that's what this is. It's called long form content, YouTube, blogs, and podcasts. Those are the only things that are long form. Social media is not, it will not actually help you change. So I'm gonna not say that again. Cause I've said it so many times.
Connect with me on our text list, connect with me on our Facebook group. Um, and in the meantime, mama, get after it and make some change before you go. Thank you for spending this time with me on the tough love mom podcast. If this episode encouraged you in any way, the number one way you can thank me is to leave a review, letting me know how this show has impacted you.
Send this episode to another mom friend, or take a screenshot, post it on social media and tag me so I can personally thank you for helping me on [00:25:00] this journey to impact thousands of moms. I'm so grateful to be on this journey with your sister until next time. Get after it.
