  • No. This process digs into your habits, choices, and routine to figure out which part of that is keeping you stuck. “Another” workout isn’t going to fix an issue that is deeper than doing the “right workout” and “another” diet isn’t going to fix an issue that is deeper than “eating right.”

    Any workout and way of eating healthy WORKS to lose weight, this process uncovers the DEEPER issue as you find your personal Starting Point.

    If your Starting Point revolves around fitness, I do have a list of vetted and recommended workout programs (many free!) you can follow to get consistent in your Starting Point. If your Starting Point revolves around nutrition, you will be provided tools and resources to fuel your body well.

Starting Point School can guarantee sustainability in how you make habit change, but that means weight loss will happen sustainably as well. Unfortunately, you can’t have real habit change and fast weight loss at the same time.
