TODAY IS THE DAY! I can finally introduce to you STARTING POINT SCHOOL!

Doing months of Starting Point Sessions with moms one-on-one to help them identify ONE habit to get consistent with FIRST so they could build on that and get momentum going in their journeys and lose weight, I realized there were some missing pieces.

The answer to those missing pieces is Starting Point School and the doors will open December 29th!

Starting Point School is a place for YOU to relearn how to approach your journey so there’s NO MORE all or nothing approach and then falling off the wagon. It’s time to prioritize your health and stay consistent, but in THE simplest way. And it all starts at Starting Point School. Let's jump in, I'm going to tell you all about!

When I started this podcast one year ago, it was with the intention to speak into the lives of moms a message of getting disciplined and staying consistent, so along with the podcast, I opened a Facebook community for our listeners!

As moms joined and answered the 2 quick membership questions, over and over again I heard that the biggest struggles keeping moms from losing weight and just feeling feel good about their bodies and their habits were these 3:

  1. Lack of consistency because mom life is so demanding and it's hard to get into any type of routine

  2. Lack of discipline around food because of stress

  3. Overwhelmed with all there is to change and not knowing where to start

Stepping back into your journey can seem like climbing Mt. Everest. I remember. So that’s why Starting Point School was created.

So what is Starting Point School?

It’s a self-paced program where you'll RELEARN how to approach your journey as a mom so there’s no more all or nothing and falling off the wagon.

Starting Point School is NOT like your typical fitness or nutrition program because it is not "do this workout on this day and eat this much food and you're good to go! Get after it!"

We peel back the layers and dig into why you do what you do.

First you'll learn the foundations of weight loss so you have a grasp on the 3 fundamental pillars of weight loss and can go through Starting Point School confident and equipped.

Then you'll go through the Starting Point Process which includes self honesty, finding your Starting Point, and then getting fully equipped to stay consistent ( with education, resources, AND accountability with other Starting Point School members and myself)!

You will get through the learning piece of this in a short 1 to 2 weeks!

The thing is, it felt wrong to say "here you go learn and do, it'll take a few months to build a handful of habits, but you got this!"

So while going THROUGH the program initially is “quick,” you'll be able to come back to ALL of it whenever you need to and you will have accountability as you implement the Starting Point Process over the course of the months following your initial completion of Starting Point School!

Because THAT is when you make the real change, and we'll be there for you every step of the way!

What would life look life if...

…you woke up feeling good in your body and knowing that whatever life throws at you today, it's not going to throw you off your journey because over the past couple of months, you've been diligent about getting SOLID with one habit at a time.

…you've got a workout planned for mid-morning because that's when a workout works best for you and your kids and that's when you've been doing it for weeks now.

…when your kids go down for naps, you don't find yourself mindlessly standing in front of the pantry after eating the kids' scraps left over from lunch because you're intentional about how you snack now.

…your family eats an actual home cooked meal most nights a week because the day no longer gets the best of you and you're able to plan for and actually get real dinners made of real food on the table.

…you don't stress eat after the kids go to bed, no matter how rough bed time was.

…ALL of those old habits are gone and you've changed a lot. And your family has had your back the entire way.

Your kids notice the difference. They hold you to those mid morning workouts. And working out with them isn't as bad as you thought it would be. Your husband is really proud of you.

You are proud of you. That confidence you woke up with this morning, yeah part of it is because your body has changed, but a majority of that confidence comes from the fact that for months now, you've followed through on what you've always wanted to do with your health and fitness. But it worked this time because you did it in a sustainable way.

This is what's possible with Starting Point School.

What comes with Starting Point School?

  • Education about what brings about weight loss

  • Resources including, but not limited to, personalized habit trackers, journaling questions, workout suggestions, and so much more

  • Optional add-on 1 on 1 accountability with me as you implement the Starting Point Process

Let me ask you a question…

Are you going to get a boutique gym membership or another fancy workout program... just to fall off again?

Do you want to find yourself floundering again when the 21 days or 6 weeks of the program are over?

Are you going to buy the 30-day diet book, spend all the time prepping all the food for all your meals, just to go right back to old habits on day 31?

How much money have you spent on one thing after another?

How much irreplaceable time have you spent trying and trying, not really changing, and just “starting over” again?

THESE could be the dollars and the final couple of weeks, that build the foundation for real change — physically AND in your habits.

Starting Point School is the start… the foundation.

I want to see moms confident in HOW they're walking their journey and this is how you do that.

I want you starting your journey in 2023 RIGHT WAY.

This can really be the LAST year you "start over" on January 1st. For real.

I can't wait to see the impact this has on you as you implement this process, work through it not alone, but alongside moms who have not just the same struggles, but the value the same things you do! Moms who are done with doing things the way society says is fine but wants to set a healthy, sustainable, balanced example for their kids. Moms who know it's not just about weight loss, but overall health and simply feeling good.

I'm asking you to say yes to this for you, but also for your family.

Doors are open December 29th through January 7th.

Group accountability will start the week of January 9th and last through March so you can really solidify not just your 1st Starting Point, but every single Stepping Stone that comes after. See you in there!

Are you ready to go from overwhelmed and stuck to disciplined and consistent in your journey?

Join Starting Point School and let's get you on track to your healthiest life!

[00:00:00] It is here. Today is the day I can finally reveal to you what we've been working on for months behind the scenes, doing months of starting point sessions over the last year with moms helping them identify one simple habit to focus on getting consistent with first so they can build on that down the road and get momentum going with their journeys to losing.

And getting healthy in a sustainable way, I realized there was a missing. There were a couple missing pieces. One being fully understanding the starting point process before diving in and taking action on your journey. The second missing piece, being understanding how and when to build on that first habit.

And lastly, having long-term accountability, not just with me, but with other women that are on the same journey as. Which is why I'm really, really excited to announce that the doors to starting point school will be opening on December 29th. Starting point School is a place for you [00:01:00] mama to relearn how to approach your journey.

So there's no more, all or nothing, no more, all or nothing mindset. You're not trying to change at all at once. There's no more falling off the wagon. That's, that does not happen with the starting point process. It's time to prioritize your. And actually stay consistent, but in the simplest way, the most doable way, and it all starts at starting point school.

Let's jump in. I'm gonna tell you all about it right now.

Hey mama. Welcome to the Tough Love Mom podcast. I know you're here because you're ready to get consistent and finally lose that weight and you're not afraid of a little tough love. You know what to do to lose weight. Following through on those things feels impossible. You wish you could just feel like your strong, confident self again and want to be a good example for your little ones, but you get thrown off by mom guilt and the unpredictability of motherhood.

It's frustrating. Taking on your journey. Postpartum [00:02:00] is hard, but it's not impossible. Hey, I'm Liz, and I've been where you are. I gained a lot of weight in my pregnancies, 90 pounds and then 60 pounds. I needed to lose that weight to take control of my health, and honestly just wanted to feel like myself again with a sustainable approach to weight loss.

Simple consistency in working on my mindset. I lost it all in just over a year, both times, and I'm here to help you do the same. I believe that we have an ingrained ability to figure out what we need to do, make it happen, and do it in a way that AWS the world. If you're ready to stop falling off the wagon, create solid, routine, and healthy habits, and finally feel your best inside.

And. I will enjoying Dino Nuggets on your salad. You are in the right place. We're about to transform your journey, my friend. Get pumped up. It is tough. Love time.

Just about one year ago when I started this podcast, it was with the intention to speak into the lives of moms, a [00:03:00] message of getting discipline and staying consistent. So along with the podcast. I opened up a Facebook community for all of the listeners a few months after getting the podcast going. And if you're not in there, just side note, go head over.

It's an awesome community. Um, but when you join, there's questions to answer so I can best understand. Why mamas are in there, why you're listening to the podcast in the first place, what you want out of the podcast and what you're struggling with most. Because when I can hear that firsthand from each individual mom that joins our Facebook community, the tougher of mom squad, I can then go craft content here for the podcast for free around that stuff to help you.

So that's why I have those questions set up, but over and over again as I approve moms to come in and I'm reading through your answers, I saw that the biggest struggle. Keeping moms from losing weight and just feeling good about their bodies and their health was a lack of consistency because mom life is so demanding and it's hard to get into any type of routine.

That was like the consistent [00:04:00] theme that I saw coming up over and over again. I also saw a big struggle being a lack of discipline. Around food specifically because of stress. And the last struggle that came up just over and over again was being overwhelmed with all that there is that they wanted to change and not knowing where to start.

So with that, I knew starting point sessions was the right next step. And so those started around the springtime. I started offering starting point sessions, which is working with me one on one to figure out where do you start in your. How do we need to stay consistent with that? What does it look like for you?

Let's come up with a plan, and I'm gonna give you accountability for a few weeks to get that solid. And if you wanna book another starting point session, we'll figure out how to build on from there. And those worked. We've gotten results. I'll share some of the results from moms later on. But these pain points, these struggles that.

All of the moms who have joined the Tough Love mom squad, and I know you listening, have struggled with or maybe are struggling with are things I can [00:05:00] relate to as well, which is why I started starting point sessions. That's why I'm so passionate about this podcast and you guys. But after my first was born, I remember being cleared at my six week appointment and going like, I got home and I was like, cool, I can work out.

Um, how in the world am I gonna be able to get back to the level of discipline and consistency I know I'm capable of, and that I want to be functioning out? Like, how is that gonna happen? It really seemed like I was gonna be climbing Everest to make that happen again. And yes, I was only about two months postpartum at this time.

But no matter how long you've been a mom, when you're ready to take your journey on and actually get consistent, it feels like a lot. It feels pretty overwhelming, and that overwhelm is so normal, as are the other struggles that so many. Struggle with like that lack of consistency because of the demands of mom life and how hard it is to get into a routine, having a lack of discipline around food, cuz you're way [00:06:00] more stressed than you've ever been in your life.

and being overwhelmed with all that you want to change in your journey, cuz you're being an example to your kids now, but you're like, I don't even know where to start cuz I wanna change pretty much everything and how I'm approaching my journey, how I'm approaching food and exercise. But where do I start?

If any of this is you, if you're like, yes, I feel that struggle. Yes, I'm struggling with that right now and it is frustrating and I don't even approach it because it's just too much to think about and I've got so much right now, I need to deal. Lean in. If you struggle with any of those things, I want you to lean in cuz I want you to hear about starting Point School and what this will do for you.

So what is Starting Point School? Let's start there. Starting point School is a self-paced program where you will relearn how to approach your habits within your journey as a mom. So there's no more, all or nothing and no more falling off the wagon. You'll be learning how to prioritize your. But in the [00:07:00] simplest way, in a way that makes it feel like this is just part of who you are.

And now this is different. Starting point school is very different than your typical fitness or nutrition program because we won't be dealing with just do this workout on this day or eat this much food and you're good to go get after it. Like that's not the approach. I'm actually not even giving you workouts.

You are not getting a diet. This is, this is habits based. This is habits focused and building things into your life one at a time in a sustainable way, so it actually becomes who you are. Being someone who works out being someone who eats healthy, no matter the circumstances in your life or the season of the year, no matter what's going.

You are just someone who is consistent in a way that is responsive to the season of life you're in. You're showing up in your journey in a way that feels good, but in a way that's sustainable and impactful on your health long term. Because I think it's great when you can find a workout program or a diet or whatever [00:08:00] that fits your season, but it's not gonna fit you for life.

What you learn in starting point school will go with you until you're grave. This goes, this is a way to change how you show up in your journey. It's a way to change how you think about fitness. It's a way to make it no matter how many kids you have, no matter what, what you're doing. If you're traveling, if you're, you know, outta town for the holidays, if you're hosting a bunch of people.

If you've, you know, got a couple weeks at home or you're solo parenting, you can stay consistent cuz you're learning how to approach this stuff. Fitness, nutrition, your routine in a sustainable way. Okay, so we're peeling back the layers and digging into why you do what you do. This isn't a, here's your workouts and here's what to eat.

I know those work, but they're bandaids, they don't work long term. And we're gonna talk about that a lot more in the next few weeks. Kind of what. Starting point school different than that type of approach because there is value. Having, you know, just simply being told, do this workout, eat this [00:09:00] way. But when we do that, we're putting a bandaid on a problem without addressing the underlying problem.

And what starting point school is addresses your habits. It addresses the underlying problem and actually helps you get consistent with the habits, like working out consistently, working out at a consistent time of day. You know, being intentional about how you're snacking after the kids go to bed. These are all things that get.

But you're gonna tackle them and master them one at a time. So that way you can do whatever workout program you want whenever you want, because you know you're gonna be consistent with it. You can eat, you know, adjust your diet however you wanna adjust it, but you're, you know, you're gonna be consistent with it because, You've got this underlying problem fixed.

We're not slapping band-aids on anymore Starting point. School will fix that problem. So first, what you will learn, I'm gonna, I'm gonna take you through what you're gonna learn in this, okay? The first thing is the foundations of weight loss. So that way you have a grasp on the three fundamental pillars of weight loss and can go through starting [00:10:00] point school, fully equipped from a knowledge basis and knowing what actually helps with weight loss.

What are the foundational pieces? That lead to weight loss. So you're fully equipped going into the process. Then you're going to go through a specific process. It's the starting point process that includes self honesty, finding your starting point, and then fully equipping you to stay consistent. You're gonna get education resources and accountability with other starting point school members and.

Over the course of a couple months. So you're not just going, okay, I'm doing this for 30 days and then I'm on my own. No, this is a process that takes honestly three to six for some moms that'll take nine months to implement, and we're gonna be with you every step of the way. Now, like I said earlier, this is a self-paced program, so you'll get through this learning process, learning the foundations, learning the starting point process, and then getting equipped to stay consistent over time.

You're gonna get through that in [00:11:00] honestly, one to two. But it felt wrong to say, and this is where, this is where like when I first created this, I was like, there's a missing piece here. And it felt really wrong for me to say, this is something you can learn in one to two weeks. Then go, go after it. Like keep, keep up the process.

It felt wrong for me to say that and just say, here you go, learn and do. It'll take a few months to build a handful of these habits, but you got it. It felt really wrong. So while going through the program initially is self. You'll be able to come back to all of it, all of the modules, everything that you're learning forever, as well as have accountability as you implement the starting point process over the course of the months following your initial completion of the school.

So you'll go through it all. The first time you're gonna learn, and then you're gonna implement for a few weeks, then you're gonna come back to it. And you're gonna implement a new habit and build on that, build that brick wall of your journey one by one so it doesn't fall over again. You ain't falling off the wagon again cuz you're going through this sustainably.

You're making [00:12:00] changes in your journey in a way that will last. And you're gonna get accountability through the course of all of it. And you're gonna have access to starting point school forever, because that is when you make the real change. And I'll be there for you every step of the way. I want you to close your eyes if you're not driving or like walking with a stroller, , or on the treadmill, you know, just to close your eyes if you have, if you have the ability to.

And if you don't, you know, just picture this in your head. I want you to think about what your life would look like if you woke up feeling good in your body and know. That whatever life throws at you today, it's not gonna affect your journey because over the past few months, you've been diligent about getting solid with one habit at a time.

You've got a workout plan for mid-morning because that's when it works best for you and your kids in this season. And that's when you've been doing it for a few weeks now and it's working and you're sticking to it When your kids go down for nap time, you don't find yourself mindlessly standing in front of the pantry after [00:13:00] eating the kids' scraps leftover from lunch because you're intentional about how you snack.

Now you notice your hunger cues. You know why you show up to the pantry when you're stressed and you know how to handle that instead of just going in stress eating your family. Eats an actual home cooked meal most nights a week. Now, instead of thrown together randomness, that dinner used to be, you know, you're not driving through anymore.

You're actually sitting down and eating something that you cooked. You know what went into it? The day no longer gets the best of you and you're able to plan for and actually get real dinners mean of real food, not fast food on the table. Now you don't stress eat after the kids go to bed too, no matter how rough bedtime was and how rough the day.

All of those old habits, they're gone and you've changed a lot. And your family, they've got your back the entire way. Your kids notice the difference, and now you're at a point where they actually hold you to those mid-morning workouts [00:14:00] and working out with them actually isn't as bad as you thought it would be.

Your husband, he's really proud of you. You're really proud of you. That confidence you woke up with. . Yeah, it's, it's partly because your body's changed, you're starting to lose weight, but a majority of that confidence is coming from the fact that for months now, after going through starting point school and sticking through these habits and building 'em up one at a time, even though it felt really slow at the beginning, you stuck with it and now you're like four or five habits deep and you've really changed a lot of different things in your.

And that's where a majority of that confidence is coming from. You have followed through on what you've always wanted to do with your health and with your fitness, but it worked this time because you did it in a sustainable way and you go to sleep so proud of yourself, maybe a little tired, cuz kids are a lot.

But you go to sleep knowing you can handle whatever tomorrow throws at you because you're doing this in a way that [00:15:00] works. That's what's possible with starting point. You won't be trying to figure this all out on your own anymore. And you will not be alone. You're gonna have, again, the education about what brings about weight loss.

No more guessing nor more confusion. We're bringing it down to the simple facts of what helps with weight loss, what pillars make up weight loss. And you're gonna fully understand that. So there's no more, oh, this is what they're saying now and I need to try. No, we're keeping it simple. You're learning the basics and we're sticking with the basics because that is what.

You're also gonna have resources to help you along this journey, including a personalized habit tracker that you can reuse and reuse and reuse for each different habit that you choose to build on your journey one at a time. You're gonna get journaling questions so we can really dig into why you do what you do.

I'm gonna give you workout suggestions of proven programs that some that are free, some that are paid, that are awesome for moms, whether [00:16:00] you work out at home or at the gym. I'm giving you workout suggestions if that's one of your starting points, is getting consistent with workouts. You're not gonna go, okay, what do I do?

I'm gonna suggest some that are awesome, and there's so much more on the resource. You're also going to have access to an exclusive group of fellow moms who are going through this with you. You're gonna get encouragement in there, guidance and accountability. In that group, you're gonna get to have q and a sessions with me, so I'm gonna be available for you as you're going through the starting point process to answer all of your questions, and you're gonna have the choice of group or one-on-one accountability with me as you implement this starting point.

Over the course of your first three months as a starting point school student. Now, since this is the first time that we're opening the doors and we're opening the doors on December 29th, so mark your calendars and they will close on January 7th. Yes, the doors will literally close. And you'll have to wait till [00:17:00] the next time we open starting point school to join in.

But you will not only get the lowest price ever for starting point school, if you join in this first round, the starting Point School workbook will also be included to guide you through this whole school. And you'll also get an added bonus for free of group account. With me on a weekly basis as you navigate, not just starting point school, but the whole starting point process, the first time you go through a school, any questions you have, I'm gonna be there to answer 'em for you.

As you stick to your first habit that you choose for two weeks, I'm gonna be there to help hold you accountable. This group accountability is going to be something where when you get into the starting point process, Trying to be consistent with that first habit. We are gonna be there for you, holding you accountable.

And as you pick your second one and you're building on that and you're building on your journey one habit at a time, we're gonna be there to hold you accountable for three entire months. Over the course of time, having worked with a lot of starting point session clients, one on one, [00:18:00] three months in, you're gonna be 5, 6, 7 habits deep, and that is a ton of change in your journey.

Can you imagine how much different your life could be in three? Three months time. If you follow the starting point process and just take things on one at a time, one thing at a time in your journey, instead of waiting for Monday and saying, okay, I'm gonna start working out five days a week. Come Monday, I'm gonna change up my whole diet.

We gonna be cooking dinners at home, even though I've been, you know, going through the drive through four nights a week because I just don't have time to cook. I'm also gonna be prepping my lunches. Y'all trying to change all that at once. You're gonna fall off eventually, in three months down the road, you're gonna be trying to do the same thing again.

Come. , this will change things for you. This is when the foundation is change, and I'm so excited to see it happen and for you to get to experience it alongside other moms who are in the same place you are. . This is based on work that I've done with dozens of women over the last six months in starting point sessions, so I wanna tell you a little bit about some of them.

The first one is [00:19:00] Jody, and this mama worked with me over the course of a couple different starting point sessions, and she said, since I started focusing on these habits one at a time, and she ended up implementing over the course of about six months, she ended up implementing about four different starting points working up with me one on one.

She said that she has. 15 pounds and it was just bad habits like that, you know, that's not, it wasn't dieting, she said it was just bad habits that I kept going back to. And she said it's that easy to change habits, but I didn't feel like it was before, like bedtime and snacking and stuff like that, like that mid-morning snacking.

She said I was doing a lot of damage during that time, literally 15 pounds worth of damage. And when I stopped doing, It made a big difference. Jody continued on to say, I realized I could implement one thing at a time, and I got stuck sometimes and realized I still have a far way to go, but I also realized that I'm off [00:20:00] to a great start in actually making change.

I'm so thankful to you in this process. There's another mama who's also been through the starting point process, whose name is Jess Jess's. First starting point was focused around her sleep and her routine, and she said that she's doing so much better getting to sleep earlier, because she wanted, this is a side note, she wanted to be getting up before her kids because that was the only time of day she had to work out as a working mom who has two kids.

What she said was, now that I'm going to sleep at a decent hour consistently, I've noticed that it's easier to get out of bed in the. And I have not been as short-tempered during the day in stressful situations. I'm really liking this change and I plan to stick with it. Now, this mama realized she not only has time now to herself in the morning, but it's affecting her throughout the rest of the day too.

I'm telling you. When you get through this first starting point, when you build that first habit and get solid with it, the change that comes after the way it affects other areas of your life. The excitement you have to build on a new habit. [00:21:00] It's, it is exponential and it is so neat to see the process change.

That's why I say within three months you're gonna have 5, 6, 7 new habits built in that are actually part of who you are. And it's not gonna be this white knuckling. I'm trying to change everything on. It will be sustainable. It's, it truly becomes part of who you are. And then there's Kaylee, another mom who decided to start the starting point process during her journey, but she was three years postpartum.

And she said, I'm feeling really excited for the future because of what I've actually learned about myself during this process. I've learned that I need to take the pressure off of myself, that I need to be perfect at all the things. It's okay to just take a breath and make a better choice next. For me, realizing that was a huge win and giving me confidence as I lose weight and her starting point focused around nutrition, and so she took on this process without trying to be perfect at it.

But actually made change and it got her excited about what she was gonna do down the road in her journey too. [00:22:00] These are just three of the dozens of women I have helped implement the starting point process in their journeys. And I have so much confidence in this process, not just because of how it's affected me and helped me drop my all or nothing mindset, but it's also made real changes in moms just like you two.

I have so much confidence. That we're offering a money back guarantee that if you're not able to identify your starting point and get consistent with it in 30 days, you will get your money back. Now is it an investment? Yes. But this being the first time the door is open, it'll be the lowest price ever offered.

And let me just ask you a question. Are you going to get one of those boutique gym memberships or another fancy workout program from that fit online influencer? Just to fall off the wagon again or find yourself floundering when those 21 days or those six weeks of that program are over. Or are you gonna buy the 30 day diet book and spend all that time prepping all [00:23:00] that food, all your meals, and maybe stick to it for 30 days, but then on day 31, just to go back to your old habits, I want you to think about how much money you've actually spent on one thing after.

Or even worse, how much irreplaceable time you have spent trying and trying and not really changing, not really addressing those underlying things of why you do what you do and, and taking it one thing at a time. Changing one thing at a time. So those changes actually stick because these dollars that you spend on starting point school could be the dollars, the the couple weeks that you spend learning the process.

And then starting the implementation could be the. That build the foundation for real change physically in your body, but also in your habits. This is the start starting point. School builds the foundation, and I want moms confident in how they're walking their journey. [00:24:00] And this is how you do that. You'll get more peaks in the coming weeks into starting point school, like who it's for, why I did this, what some of the inner workings actually look like.

You're gonna get a peak into those. And if you register for starting point school before January 7th, you're gonna get the most savings and real time feedback and accountability from me. I likely will not offer weekly accountability for starting point school students after this first round. This is something that will not be offered down the.

I want you starting your journey in 2023. The right way, finally. Okay. No more start and stop. No more. All or nothing. This can really be the last year, like 2023 can actually be the last year that you quote, start over on January 1st for real. You're just gonna start over in a different way. You're gonna start over in a way that is so.

So refreshing, so sustainable in a way that you go, I can do this for life. [00:25:00] I can't. I cannot wait to see the impact this has on you as you implement this process, as you work through it, not alone, but alongside other moms who have not just the same struggles as you, but the, that they value the same things you do.

They value their long term health. They value sustainability in their journey. They value results that take time because we know that sustainable weight loss takes time. We know that actual change in our journey will take a long time, but we're here for it. Your mom's at value putting in the. Your mom's at value facing your weaknesses, so you can actually change them and better yourself.

You are moms who value setting an example for your kids and actually walking out your journey in a way that you're not faking it, you're doing it for real. It's who you are because you want it to be who your kids are. You want them. You want them to have longevity, so you gotta have it first, and you know that, and you wanna do it the right way.

Starting point school teaches you that. . [00:26:00] Okay. We're done doing things. The way society says is fine the way you know, you can start on Monday. You can start on the first, do this program, try this diet. You're done with that. You wanna set a healthy, sustainable, balanced example for your kids. You guys are moms who know.

It's not just about weight loss, it's about overall health and simply feeling good in your body and how you're showing. , I'm asking you to say yes to this for you, but also for your family, for your kids, for their kids, because you can be the change. You can be the one that pivots the road your family's going down by simply changing the way you do your journey.

If this speaks to you, I want you to go to starting point school.co to get on the wait. . That's starting point school.co. not.com. It won't work. It's not even a website. Do co [00:27:00] and get yourself on the wait list. You can't register yet, but starting Point School will be open for registration from December 29th to January 7th.

Maybe you go through a move like I just did, and you need to relearn some new habits. Whatever it is, you're gonna have lifetime access to this. You're gonna have access to all of the bonus resources to our starting point school workbook, to all the journaling questions I talked about, so we can really dig into why you do what you do and change those.

You're gonna have access to all of it. There's some bonus stuff in there about how to address things with your kids. I'll talk about this more, I'll talk about this more in the coming weeks. So make sure you're subscribed to the podcast, but get your butt on the wait list [00:28:00] because you need to be in here if you're, if you actually want to change your journey, if you actually want to lose weight in a sustainable way, but not in a way that's like, it's by doing these workouts and eating this way, that's great, but you wanna lose weight by actually changing your habits.

This is how you. Group accountability will start the week of January 9th because I know we all have a lot of excitement that first week and some of you might, you know, blow through starting point school and then be ready for implementation. So we're gonna start our group Weekly group accountability on January 9th.

It will last through March. So you can really solidify not just your first starting point. And we're gonna talk about what starting points are tomorrow. Don't worry. So you're like, what are you talking about, Liz? We're gonna talk about starting points tomorrow, but you're gonna be able to work with me weekly in our.

From January 9th through March, so you can really solidify not just your first starting point, but every single stepping stone. The habits that you build up after that first one that come after real change with [00:29:00] multiple habits. This is gonna be so good. 2023 is your year. I know. I wish I could open the doors now because you're like, I just wanna start the year.

But you'll have the energy and the momentum going on January 1st. I believe in that. I know you. You know, I want you to get out and get moving. I want you to be a little more intentional about a few small things with your nutrition, and then when you dive into starting point school, when you start going through it, whether you start December 29th when you first sign up, or if you're one of those last miners that's waiting until January 7th, I promise the price will stay the same the whole time it's open, but doors will close on January 7th.

But truly whenever you start, whenever that day one of starting point school is for you, that will be day. of you truly making change in your journey. We don't have an all or nothing approach. We do not have a perfection expectation. This is a process in the same way that you are in process at all times.

You are on a journey. Journeys are to be written in pencil, the end [00:30:00] game. The end goal is to be written in Penn. And what's our end goal here? What's the end goal of starting point school? It's living your journey. In a way that's sustainable for life and sets an example of balance and sustainability for your kids.

You are changing the trajectory of your family's health simply by taking on one habit at a time, knowing when to build on that habit, which habit to take on next, and making true change over time. This is your. This is your year and starting point School is the way, and I cannot wait. Oh, I cannot wait to walk alongside you and see this change your life.
